No pics here of Moogieman performing but some photos I took afterwards. Mainly of plants – the festival takes place every year on allotments that are run by Restore, a local mental health charity.

The allotments provide a therapeutic work environmen and offers opportunities to socialise and learn new skills in horticulture, cooking, marketing, woodwork and other crafts.

It was raining when I started playing, but the weather rapidly improved as the day wore on, as you can see from the pics.

Photos were taken with an Olympus Trip 35 using expired Kodak Ektachrome 320T. This is a tungsten-balanced film, i.e. optimised for studio work lit with tungsten filament lamps (like ‘ordinary’, now obsolete, light bulbs) which give off a warmer, more orangey light than natural light.

When shot in daylight or using a flash, and developed using the E6 (colour slide) process the film should have a slightly blue cast. In this case the film was cross-processed – developed using the C41 process for colour negative film – so the results were difficult to predict.

The images do look very cross-processed and also have a light blue cast.
